In early February, Dr. Barbara Alving, director of the NIH, National Centers for Research Resources spoke on NIH's new Roadmap Program, specially the Clinical and Translational Science Award to augment the capacity of our current General Clinical Research Center with graduate degrees in Clinical Investigation.
